Hello fellow “ordinary guru” seeking community members,
When gurus come to help you, they help lift you to higher levels of living. Conrad (below) inquires into those levels of living.
Hi Mr White
I heard you speak a year or so ago at our local Unity church. The place was packed, and so I was up back and missed some of what you said. You were talking about the four levels of living. Could you go over that again. I found it very interesting. I took some notes, but have misplaced them.
Thank you for giving me these again, Conrad
It seems that there are Four Levels of Living. That’s how I see it. When we understand these levels, and understand at what level we have placed ourselves, that awareness offers an opportunity to upgrade to a higher level.
Level One is the VICTIM. This is the person who has a thousand excuses for why his life isn’t working. And none of those excuses point at him. It’s always someone or something out there that does it to him.
Level Two is the VOLUNTEER. That’s the person who is willing to take some responsibility for her life. She says, “Yes, I understand I am somewhat responsible, but much of it is out of my hands.”
Level Three is the VICTOR. This person is willing to hold himself accountable for how his life unfolds, however he believes it takes a lot of hard work to stay on top of it. It’s called “putting your nose to the grindstone.” At this level, winning is possible, but there is a lot of stress.
Level Four is the DREAMER. The dreamer understands that when she was born, she was born into a dream. She also understands that she is the dreamer, and if she has faith in herself, her dreams will come true. Many will call these folks, “lucky.” It’s not luck. It’s not a charmed life. It’s THE LAW. And that Law is this: that of which you remain conscious must manifest. If you imagine vividly, and hold tight to those dreams, they will become part of your reality.
I hope that helps, Conrad. Just understanding these levels of living can begin to swing wide the door to incredible opportunities for a rich and joyful life.
Blessings to you Conrad, Rob
At what level of living do you dwell?
(1) Do you whine a lot?
(2) Do you take some responsibility for how your life unfolds, but not all of it?
(3) Do you work hard to win, and yes you do win, but have little time for fun?
(4) Do you seem to be charmed, and things seem just to fall into place for you? Hmmm! Nice job!!
Blessings & love to all of you, Rob
PS The kingdom of heaven is within. The level of living in which you live inwardly delivers the style of life that you experience outwardly.
