I love it when an unassuming guru pops in, don’t you? Today a little boy at the beach asked me if I thought his shell collection was pretty. He proceeded to show me all four of his beautiful shells. My God, all four of his shells were so beautiful according to him. I agree! I agree! (even though two were cracked and dirty).
What about people? Are they all beautiful? Benjamin inquires into that (below)
Hi Mr White
Do you agree with me that some people are good and some are bad? I believe you have to make a dividing line and only let the good ones into your life. What’s your thoughts on that?
Thank you if you address my inquiry, Benjamin Millay
Every community harbors good folks and bad folks. Sometimes the bad folks turn out to be good folks and sometimes the good folks turn out to be bad folks. How you see them depends upon your rules and values.
When you decide that everyone can be categorized as good or bad, you’re not giving the bad folks a chance to prove they’re good. Now you feel shaky around them, even if they’re just trying to give you a hug.
What would your world be like, Benjamin, if you decided all folks were good, but sometimes some folks do bad things. However, if given a second chance – they may just do something good? In the spirit of compassion, you’d find yourself noticing a lot more good folks in your world.
Blessings to you Benjamin, Rob
Truth is like a beautiful garden. Just look long enough and even the weeds begin to look so pretty. Be free when offering your opinion, but not when you’re trying to be good by proving someone is bad. Let your life radiate with appreciation when noticing everyone. A plan to happier living is now in your hands.
Blessings & love to all of you, Rob
Ps Every one contains gold within them. Mine for the gold, and your life will be filled with golden friends.
