Hello “ordinary guru” seekers,
Love exists in reality above all human thoughts. And yet, we love to define it. What’s your idea about love? Renee is seeking an answer (see below). How would you respond to her?
Hey Mr. White
Here’s a dumb question. What is love? I’ve heard a thousand definitions but still don’t know why it’s so complicated. What’s your idea of love?
I appreciate your blogs, Renee
We, as human beings –
are physical – the body
are psychological – the mind
are spiritual – the ethereal part of us
Love to the body is sexual.
That’s why we call sex, “making love.”
Love to the mind is poetry (a beautiful love poem),
is music (the beautiful lyrics of a love song),
is art (a beautiful illustration on canvas).
Love to the spirit comes in beautiful layers:
the scent of a rose,
the song of a nightingale,
the elegant movement of a ballet dancer,
a cool breeze on a warm day.
It’s something you experience,
but you cannot hold onto.
Blessing and love to you Renee, Rob
in a single statement, what is love for you? Listen to that higher voice.
Blessings & love to all of you, Rob
PS Taste the experience of your existence with love; is it ever sweet!
