Good Monday to all of you “ordinary guru seeking” community members,
When you walk out of your house tomorrow, look up at the sky and ask life to give you the guiding light. If you do that, and mean it, an unassuming guru will show up – I promise you. Todd is looking for a tip to improve himself (see below)
Hi Mr. White
I’ve developed a bad habit lately. I get panicky and react angrily when things aren’t going well with my friends. How can I stop that? Any tips?
Thank you for your help, Todd
Here’s my tip to you, Todd
You may want to consider replacing your panicky action with calm seeing. What’s really going on with you? Panicky action is like being in the Daytona 500 race with your eyes closed. There is most definitely going to be a pile up.
I suggest you take a moment to ask, “Where am I going with all of this panicky energy?” Quietly make note of the fact that you are going nowhere of any value. A feeling of peaceful release will follow if you ask this question meaningfully.
Blessings to you Todd, Rob
You need not prove anything to anyone. Did you know that. When you get tricked into thinking you do need to prove something, this needless effort causes panic. Ponder that for a moment.
Blessings & love to all of you, Rob
