Good day again to all of you eager “ordinary guru seeking” souls. I love what Marie offers in her inquiry (see below)
I look for ordinary gurus to give me tips for better living, but I seem to find people who don’t know what they’re talking about. How do I attract better everyday gurus?
Thank you for the wise answers that you offer, Marie K
Marie was on her way to a local dog trainer to ask how she could take better command of her dog’s bad behavior. The dog barks too much, jumps up on people, and doesn’t listen to commands well.
On the way to the trainer, she met a friend. Her friend asked Marie where she was going. After Marie told her, the friend asked, “What’s that paper in your hand? Is it a list of questions you want to ask?” Marie responded, “It’s my suggestions that I want to run by the trainer.” Her friend further inquired, “What if he says your suggestions are all wrong?” Marie responded, “Then he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, and I won’t pay him.”
I ask you Marie, are you looking for fresh new answers, or are you simply trying to find someone who agrees with you? If you’re simply looking for agreement, then there is no ordinary guru who can come along and give you tips for better living.
Blessings to you Marie, Rob
