Hello fellow guru seekers,
Yes, you can seek to find “ordinary gurus” to help you get what you want. Yes, you can attend seminars and workshops and get some great advice. And sometimes that doesn’t work. Is it that the seminar leader is not an “ordinary guru” that can help you, or is it something else? Marie addresses this (below)
Hi Mr. White
I’ve attended four seminars and six workshops over the past three years, and not one of them has really done anything for me. What Am I doing wrong?
What’s your guess? Marie
That’s an easy question to answer, Marie. You love the thrill of the seminars and workshops, but you really don’t go there to change.
There was a man who wanted to cross the river because he heard there were many riches to be found on the other side. So, he sat down and waited, and waited, and waited and waited. He was waiting for all of the river water to stream by.
Blessings to you Marie, Rob
Many inquirers depart a workshop empty handed. They simply are not sincere with their mission. Otherwise they’d find answers. Have you ever inquired for an answer, but was unready to really listen? So, what would you do if someone answered you? Argue?
Hmmm. Human beings can be strange beings, can’t we.
Blessings & love to all of you, Rob
