There is no getting around it, if you plan to rise to the top you will have to make mistakes that cause you to stop. The reason for the “stop” is so you can learn from your mistakes and do better as you proceed.
Did you know that the word “sin” simply meant you missed the mark in ancient archery? That’s right; it meant that your arrow did not hit the target and you had to try again and refine what you were doing so that you would not sin (not miss the mark) again. Common sense; right?
Did you ever give thought to the word, “mistake”? What’s a mistake? It’s a Miss-Take isn’t it? You took a chance and missed the mark, and so what do you have to do? That should come easily to you. You need a re-take; you need to take another shot at it, by refining what you did so you are more accurate with your results this time. Eventually, if you persist with your re-takes, you get to a point where you jump with joy and say (like Hollywood producers say), “That’s a take!”
So, once again, I say to you, “If you’re going to win you’ve got to sin.” I’ve been very successful in real estate development and in the restaurant business and as a book author. I know from what I speak. I’ve sinned a lot! I’ve missed the mark a million times and have made millions as a result.
Did I say that you can create so you can uncreate? You can create a mistake so you can learn from it, and you can uncreate the mistake by creating a win. You do that again and again when you learn to sin and to sin.
Have faith in what you have just read; it will lead to understanding.
