Student: What is power?
Teacher: “Paying attention” is power
Student: How’s that?”
Teacher: Where your attention goes, your emotions flow, and where your emotions flow gives you the world you know.
Student: How can I use that piece of advice?
Teacher: Shift your attention from doubting and fearful thoughts to that which you desire to experience, and you shift your attitude, your mood, your actions, and the results you receive. That is an incredible shift in power. Life is always a mirror, reflecting back to you what you are projecting outwardly. You are much more powerful than you think.
Student: How do I start?
Teacher: State to yourself that you have a right to be happy. Stop all of that whining and complaining. Watch your self-talk; monitor your posture and even the way you walk. That’s how you start. Don’t forget to find things to laugh about. Powerful people laugh a lot. Weak people whine a lot.
Student: Thank you!
