Over the coming week I will be sharing five fabulous ways to cultivate courage. Courage is a fabulous quality. It gives you inner strength and self-confidence, two vital ingredients if you plan to create the future you dream of experiencing. When you respond to the world with courage, there is no obstacle that can permanently set you back. Courage always triumphs over fear, and when you learn to do this consistently, you have what it takes to transform your life. Here is Way 2 to be courageous so that you win, rather than whine when life challenges you.
Way 2 To Be Courageous: Say NO To Naysayers
Listen to the advice of Nancy Regan: “Just say no to drugs,” but change the last word to ‘drags’ … “Just say no to drags” (to those who drag you down). Say no to naysayers who discourage you from attempting new things. Look closely at those who are quick to naysay your dreams, and you’ll find they are people who never accomplish their dreams. Simply turn the other cheek (the cheek of your butt) and walk away. You’ll feel what courage feels like.
