There are two kinds of pain – physical pain and mental pain. Physical pain is more painful when we exaggerate it by focusing on it. Dentists claim that the pain their patients experience is 40% real and 60% exaggerated by the mind. Wow … mental pain makes up most of our pain!
If you want to experience more peace of mind – then it is wise to take control of your mind and stop dwelling on physical illnesses and life-struggles. Succeed with this task, and it’s quite possible that all your pain will be reduced by 60%.
Now, I’m not a Dentist (or a Mathematician) but I guarantee the FDA would agree; when we reduce our negative emotions, we have incredible energy to create the life we dream of living . . . at least 40% more!
